The hotel rooms were very clean and comfy, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the street. However, not having the promised Executive room amenities like a hot tub was a letdown. The service was excellent, though there were initial concerns about increasing rates and insistence on using white taxis. The location was safe, beautiful, and convenient, offering easy access to city attractions but a bit far from downtown. The dining experience was enjoyable with high-quality dishes, though slightly impacted by sparse options. Overall, the facilities were functional and appealing.

The location in the lovely 94 street was ideal for exploring the city, but it could have been more convenient for dining options in other areas like zona T/cona rosa.
